These Terms of Use govern access to Matchey. By creating an account or using the app, users agree to these app-specific rules, including zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
Users must be at least 18 years old and must agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy before using Matchey.
2. Zero Tolerance Policy
Matchey has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Users may not post, send, request, promote, or store content involving harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, threats, violence, scams, spam, or other harmful conduct.
3. Reporting, Filtering, and Moderation
Users can report and block abusive users in the app. Matchey also uses moderation controls, including proactive text filtering and operational review, to detect and respond to harmful behavior. Valid reports are reviewed within 24 hours and may result in removal of content and ejection of the offending user.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently remove users who violate these Terms. Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate account termination.
5. Apple Standard EULA
Where required by Apple, use of the Matchey iOS application is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms apply in addition to Apple’s standard terms and govern Matchey-specific moderation, acceptable use, and enforcement.
